Appointments
All sessions at Soma Massage are offered by appointment. Bookings can be made online through the booking system. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, so punctuality is appreciated.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session time may be shortened to accommodate the next booking. The full session fee will still apply.
Health Information
Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or changes in health that may affect treatment. This ensures sessions can be offered safely and appropriately.
Scope of Practice
Soma Massage provides Ayurvedic bodywork and relaxation massage intended to support wellbeing and relaxation. These treatments are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
Respectful Environment
Soma Massage is a private studio for women offering a calm and professional environment. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the session being terminated immediately.
Privacy
All personal information provided when booking a session is kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling and communication regarding your session.
Payment
Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking or immediately following the session, depending on the booking method.
Changes to Policies
Soma Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
