Meet Natalie

Soma Massage reflects more than two decades of experience with massage, movement, and holistic health. Over time, it has evolved toward the slower, more attentive tradition of Ayurvedic bodywork.

My approach is gentle, grounding, and guided by the understanding that the body responds best to warmth, nourishment, and unhurried care.

An early interest in traditional healing systems led to studies in aromatherapy, herbal medicine, massage therapy, and yoga. A Bachelor of Health Science further deepened this understanding of the body and its capacity for balance and repair. More recently, formal training in Ayurvedic massage and marma therapy with Vasant Lad in 2018 brought these threads together and shaped the approach now offered at Soma.

Drawing on the traditional principles of Ayurveda, sessions are offered with rhythmic touch and carefully selected organic oils to support the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural return to balance.

Treatments take place in a quiet private studio for women, where each session is approached with presence, care, and respect for the body’s own intelligence.
